We're a small team, so a person reads every email here, not a ticket queue. Expect a reply within 24-48 hours.
Go to Profile, then Account, and use Delete my account at the bottom. It asks you to type DELETE first, then it removes the account and everything tied to it. No waiting period and no form. If you would rather not sign in, myhabitsync.com/delete-account walks through the same thing.
Go to your Profile page and use the export option there. It downloads a CSV of everything you have logged: habits, weight, sleep, mood, meals and medication. No email needed.
This is a known issue specific to iOS "Add to Home Screen" apps. Open HabitSync in regular Safari and sign in there once. That session carries over to the Home Screen icon on your next launch.
If you still see anything off after a unit switch, email us with roughly when you switched. This is exactly the kind of bug we want to know about.
Open your Profile settings and use the billing button, which takes you to Stripe. You can swap your card, download invoices, or cancel there. Cancelling leaves you on Premium until the period you already paid for runs out.
They are off until you turn them on. Go to Profile, then Email, and switch on reminder emails. That section also sets how many quiet days trigger one and how often we are allowed to send. If they are on and still not arriving, check your spam folder, then email us.
They are two separate switches. The unsubscribe link at the bottom of a recap email stops only the recap and leaves your missed-habit reminders alone. You can also toggle either one on its own under Profile, then Email.
