We don't sell your personal data.
What we collect: your name, email, and profile photo from Google Sign-In, plus whatever you log yourself, habits, weight, sleep, mood, medications, and meals or calories (including any meal photo you choose to upload).
How it's used: to build your personal dashboard, weight forecast, and correlation insights. If you use the AI meal-photo estimate or AI insights features, the relevant photo or data is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate that one response; it isn't used to train any model and isn't stored by us beyond the log entry you save.
Groups: nothing is shared automatically. Your raw daily logs never leave your account. If you join or create a Group, only the specific summaries you turn on (like weight trend or habit consistency) become visible to other members, and you can turn any of them off at any time.
Storage & security: your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your own signed-in account.
Analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity on the public pages, like the landing page and pricing, to see how people move through the site. It stops at the sign-in line. It never runs on your dashboard or anywhere else you log data, so nothing you track ends up in it. We also use Vercel Analytics, which counts page visits across the site without cookies and without anything that identifies you.
Your choices: you can export your data at any time from your Profile page, and you can delete your account and everything in it from that same page. See myhabitsync.com/delete-account if you'd rather do it another way.
